All too many years ago I got a degree in electrical engineering technology. Although I did  well in the lab, I never put the education to any use at all. After way too many years of solid computer gaming (my main EQ character had over a year of actual gameplay time), I decided to go back to school, earn a couple degrees in physics and see if I can do something useful with my research.

This blog covers the trials and tribulations of my journey through an undergraduate and, hopefully, a graduate education at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, as well as anything else I care to post about.
